Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP) of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), within its technical assistance facility, organises a study visit of the delegation of the Employment Agency of Kosovo*  to Albania on 15-16 November 2018.

The guest delegation is first to visit to the local employment office and vocational training centre in Pogradec, after which they are to depart to Korce. The ESAP project’s Team will elaborate on the nature, process and outcomes of the benchlearning process and exercise conducted in the employment services of six Western Balkan economies. Albanian Employment Service (PES) is to present their key based on the benchlearning exercise, good practices, Work Plan and objectives. The study visit is to be concluded by the visit to the regional Employment Office and presentation on work and services they provide to citizens.
