Employment and Social Affairs Platform 3 (ESAP 3) project of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is organising PES Benchlearning 2026 Peer Review Workshop, which will be held in Prizren, Kosovo* on 8-9 October 2026.

The workshop will be hosted by Public Employment Service of Kosovo* and will gather PES representatives from Albania and North Macedonia, as well as the host delegation, EU Benchlearning experts and local experts. The event will serve as platform for enhanced peer learning among the participating PES, with the aim of gaining a better understanding of the strengths and development areas identified through the Benchlearning self-assessment process. In addition, participants will have opportunity to gain practical insights from the operation of a local PES office and its interaction with jobseekers and employers.
