Employment and Social Affairs Platform 3 (ESAP 3) project of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is organizing PES Benchlearning 2026 Peer Review Workshop, which will be held in Belgrade, Serbia on 15-16 September 2026 at Hotel Mona Plaza.

The workshop will be hosted by Public Employment Service of Serbia and will gather PES representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, as well as the host delegation, EU Benchlearning experts and local experts. The event will enable exchange of good practices related to service delivery, employer engagement, digitalisation and activation measures. In addition, participants will have opportunity to gain practical insights from the operation of a local PES office and its interaction with jobseekers and employers.
