Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), through technical facility of its Employment and Social Affairs Platform will support the Albanian Public Employment Service (PES) with expertise that would help with planning and management of inter-institutional communication, in order to increase the visibility of the work of PES, local employment offices and Vocational Training Centres in Albania.                                      

This activity is inspired by the experience gained through the study visit of Albanian PES Service delegation to Pristina, also funded through this project.

The activity is expected to be carried out in the between August and December resulting in comprehensive communication strategy that will help the PES reach out to major target groups to ensure that its programmes are known and used.

This activity is a part of the ESAP technical assistance to support national processes related to the preparation, monitoring and follow up of national employment, labour market and social affairs strategies, action plans and/or measures, as well as other priority areas under the mandate of Ministries of Labour and Public Employment Services, who are the beneficiaries of this assistance.
