Regional Cooperation Council’s (RCC) Employment and Social Affairs Platform 2 (ESAP2) project together with the European  Commission’s (EC) Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion organise an online regional meeting ‘European Pillar of Social Rights: challenges and opportunities for the Western Balkan economies’ on 19 November 2020.

The meeting will bring together representatives of Ministries of Labour, Ministries of Education and Ministries of Finance from the Western Balkans, as well as representatives of the European Training Foundation and the International Labour Organization. The participants are to jointly discuss performance of the Western Balkan economies regarding the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights, which encompasses 20 principles that serve as reference for better working and living conditions across the areas of equal opportunities and access to the labour market, fair working conditions and social protection and inclusion.
