RCC through the ESAP project has supported the development of a brochure on Youth Employment Programmes in Montenegro.
Under ESAP project, the Western Balkan economies have conducted regional peer reviews on selected priority employment policies or measures, in order for Ministries of Labour and Public Employment Services to exchange experiences and enhance their performance within priority policy fields. Montenegro institutions have hosted a peer review workshop on youth employment programmes in May 2018.

Based on the comprehensive thematic review of youth employment programmes in Montenegro, the ESAP project has supported Montenegrin authorities in the preparation of a brochure on youth employment programmes. This brochure is a simple informative tool for the unemployed youth that would facilitate their knowledge of potential programmes available to them, as well as ways and channels to access them. The brochure has been distributed (electronically, for online use and in print version) though youth target groups in Montenegro as well as shared with other relevant institutions that provide youth employment programmes.
