RCC, through the ESAP project, supported the Montenegrin Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare in its efforts to prepare a new Labour Law. At the meeting of representatives of the Working Group for the Labour Law Reform in Montenegro, ESAP enabled the participation of labour law experts from Hungary and Romania, who presented the EU experience in the transposition of EU directives into national Labour Laws and provided participants with possible solutions to address legal issues that were discussed during the workshop, such as the principles of the EU Directive on Temporary Agency Work, collective agreement and fixed term employment.
