The publication Summary of the Rapid Assessment of Social Dialogue and Collective Bargaining in Montenegro presents key findings on the strengths, gaps and future priorities of Montenegro’s social dialogue and collective bargaining system. Prepared under the EU-funded Employment and Social Affairs Platform 3 project, implemented by the ILO, the brief highlights the importance of effective tripartite and bipartite dialogue for labour rights, policy reform and Montenegro’s EU accession process.
