The meeting brought together 4 participants from each Public Employment Service office in the Western Balkans, who will form the national teams of internal and external assessors for the benchlearning exercise. The internal assessors will coordinate the self-assessment process and the external assessors, who will participate in the peer reviews, will be senior experts of the PES headquarters with ample experience in at least one of the following enabler sections (A Strategic performance management, B Design of operational processes, C Sustainable activation and management of transitions, D Relations with employers, G Allocation of PES resources). The meeting acquainted participants with the work they will undertake in the benchlearning process and provided an opportunity to clarify relevant issues related to the implementation of the initiative.
