European Network of Public Employment Services  (PES) organizes a Mutual Learning online event: PES Network Webinar on ‘Skills and labour market intelligence: the role of PES’, taking place 3 July 2025 (10:00-11:30 CEST)

The webinar will present the main findings of the PES ‘Skills and labour market intelligence’ (LMSI) thematic paper, published in May 2025. The paper discusses the benefits and opportunities of using labour market and skills intelligence (LMSI) tools and shares examples of PES across the EU as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. The webinar will shed light on how PES can obtain and use information on the skills required on current and future labour markets within the current context of labour shortages and the triple transition (including via the use of the European Skills/Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (ESCO) classification system).
