Mutual Assistance Project (MAP)
After successful organisation of similar events in 2021, Regional Cooperation Council’s (RCC) Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP 2) project is continuing organisation of Mutual Assistance Project (MAP) - first visits for project’s partners from Albania and North Macedonia. These MAPs are designed around enhancing performance of the enforcement authorities in the region in tackling undeclared work.
The next MAP session will be held with partners from Albania. “Enhancing the performance of the Albanian Labour Inspectorate in tackling undeclared work” is scheduled to take place online, on Wednesday, 05 July, 2023. The participants will benefit from the technical expertise and support from the peer experts from the European Union, and guests from the Western Balkan region who already participated in the similar workshops, led by the ESAP 2 Lead Expert on undeclared work Ms Ioana Alexandra Horodnic.
The MAPs are designed as the demand-driven interventions aimed at providing practical, hands-on, and tailored learning exchange, supporting the needs of a specific host enforcement authority. They help solve issues, provide advice and implementation support. MAPs offer the host enforcement authority the opportunity to exchange ideas with a group of peer experts (colleagues from equivalent enforcement authorities in other economies).
