Six women entrepreneurs from the region will be recognized for development of their own business and contributed to new and sustainable jobs for women and men across different sectors of the economy in 2022. 

Recognising Women Economic Empowerment benefits and challenges and in line with the Common Regional Market Action Plan 2021 – 2024, RCC launched the Regional Network of Women in Entrepreneurship on 11 March 2022 and introduced the first Regional Conference on Women Entrepreneurship: “Women Who Launch” and the first regional promotional initiative “Western Balkans Women Entrepreneurs of the Year 2021” which recognised successful women entrepreneurs in the region across various categories and industries.
