Recommendations for Tackling Undeclared Work in Albania

This report lays out comprehensive recommendations to tackle undeclared work in Albania. A brief background context is provided which describes and reviews the extent, character and drivers of the undeclared economy in Albania, followed by the current organisation of the fight against undeclared work and the current policy approach. This then provides the foundation for the strategy and individual policy recommendations in section 2 and the Action Plan in section 3.
