Webinar “Data Matters!” - tackling undeclared work (Design: RCC ESAP 2/Samir Dedic)

The Webinar “Data Matters!” organised by the Regional Cooperation Council’s (RCC) Employment and Social Affairs Platform 2 (ESAP 2) project will focus on Labour Market Trends in Western Balkans (WB), and using data collection, sharing and analysis to tackle undeclared work in the region. It will take place online, on 11 June 2021.

It will be an opportunity for participants from the Western Balkan Network tackling undeclared work and enforcement authorities to hear the key findings on the overall situation and trends in the WB Labour Markets based on the ESAP 2-project commissioned report that analyses the situation in each of the six region’s labour markets in 2019, and during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Further on, the thematic part of the workshop will provide an opportunity to hear about the experiences and good practices of enforcement authorities on using data collection, sharing and analysis to tackle undeclared work. Collecting, sharing and analysing data can improve enforcement authority performance in not only detecting but also preventing undeclared work.
