Regional Cooperation Council’s (RCC) Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP) project organises a peer-review regional event with participants of the Ministries of Labour and Public Employment Services (PES) offices from the Western Balkan economies to share experiences and initiate an in-depth discussion on youth employment programmes. 

The participants will also hear presentation of a regional thematic paper on youth employment with a focus on the Montenegro experience.
