Regional Cooperation Council’s (RCC) Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP) project is to hold a two-day regional meeting with participants of the Western Balkans’ Public Employment Services (PES) benchlearning exercise to share the findings and results of the benchlearning work and discuss the follow up activities.

The meeting that is to take place back-to-back with EU PES network meeting aims to reach an agreement on national action plans for the implementation of benchlearning recommendations as well as to discuss and agree on mutual learning events and study visits during the second half of the year related to topics identified in the national and comparative reports.

Benchlearning aims at creating a systematic and integrated link between performance benchmarking and mutual learning activities.
