RCC, through the ESAP project, has supported the Albanian Public Employment Service with expertise that helped with the development of a communication platform that aims to strengthen planning and management of inter-institutional communication and increases the visibility of the work of Public Employment Service, local employment offices and Vocational Training Centres in Albania. In the broader context of persistently high unemployment and the need to integrate long term unemployed in the labour market, the comprehensive communication strategy will also help the Public Employment Service reach out to major target groups in order to ensure that its programmes are known and utilized. This activity is inspired by the experience gained through the study visit of Albanian Public Employment Service delegation to Prishtina, also funded through this project.
